We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (December through April). However, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability. Contact us to check current openings.
Our private charters include the boat, experienced captain, premium snorkeling gear, coolers with ice, and a flexible itinerary built around your group's interests. You'll have 6-8+ hours to explore Fort Jefferson, snorkel the reefs, and visit nearby islands like Loggerhead Key.
Full refunds are available for cancellations made 7+ days before your trip. Cancellations within 7 days receive a 50% refund or full credit toward a future trip. Weather-related cancellations receive a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
Absolutely! Our Multi-Charter option allows groups of up to 26 guests across two boats traveling together. This is perfect for family reunions, corporate outings, and special celebrations. Contact us for custom group pricing.
We recommend bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, a light jacket for the boat ride, and any food/drinks you'd like (we provide coolers and ice). Don't forget your camera! We provide snorkeling gear, but you're welcome to bring your own if preferred.
